HOW QUICK DO YOU DELIVER?
We are a UK based company so depending on where you are ordering from the delivery time will vary.
UK delivery can take up to 5 working days.
European delivery can will take up 10 working days.
International delivery will take up to 28 working days.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/REFUNDS?
All boards are custom made and tailored to each client. We hope to meet every customers standards when it comes to our finalised designs and finished products. Unless extraordinary circumstances ensue then we cannot refund a custom board. We take thorough steps to ensure every design is met with our customers satisfaction before the final creation stage takes place.

AVERAGE COST OF A BOARD DESIGN?
The cost of each board design varies and is usually dictated by the level of detail with the design. The more careful detail that must be considered results in the increase in creation time for the deck. But you will be given a quote before committing to the process.
HOW LONG DOES A BOARD TAKE TO MAKE?
From enquiry to finalising a board should take no longer than 4 weeks. Usually we have more than one project ongoing at any given time. You will be given a considered estimate date of when your design will be complete and be updated on the stages as they happen. We like to keep our clients in the loop by being as transparent as possible when it comes to your custom board creation.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR A CUSTOM BOARD?
Let us walk you through the process....
1) Your initial enquiry will be met with a swift response regarding our availability at the time and our thoughts on your board idea.
2) Once we have established your vision, we will create a digital design of your product. This will cost a small fee of £30, this is due to the time it takes to create the design (usually around 3 hours). However, this fee will be deducted from your final payment.
3) Once you are happy with the digital design, we begin the process of creating your board.
4) The design process varies for each custom board. Usually the digital design is sketched onto the board, then hand painted before being finished with a clear gloss.
5) We send it to you!
